This No Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RCBA Training Institute, RapidCheck Diagnostics, RCBA RapidCheck Business Academy, and their owners, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, instructors, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Company").

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

By purchasing any product or service from the Company, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Except where prohibited or otherwise required by applicable federal or state law, no refunds, credits, chargebacks, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided.

This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the immediate delivery of digital products and the proprietary nature of our intellectual property, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Downloading, accessing, viewing, or receiving access to digital content constitutes delivery of the product.

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Registration reserves a seat, instructor time, classroom resources, and administrative services.

Failure to attend, late arrival, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, employment obligations, weather conditions, personal emergencies, dissatisfaction, failure to complete assignments, failure to pass assessments, or changes in personal circumstances do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

COURSE ACCESS

Course access may be suspended or terminated for violations of Company policies without refund.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company to attempt to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Immediate suspension of access
Permanent removal from programs
Revocation of certificates where permitted by law
Collection efforts for unpaid balances
Recovery of reasonable costs and attorney's fees where permitted by law

RESCHEDULING

The Company may, at its sole discretion, permit one transfer or rescheduling request for certain training programs. Approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees, availability, and published policies.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

If the Company cancels a training program, the Company may elect to:

Reschedule the training,
Provide a credit toward a future training, or
Issue a refund, as required by applicable law or at the Company's discretion.

The Company is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel accommodations, lost wages, meals, transportation costs, or other incidental expenses.

Purchasing any program does not guarantee:

Employment
Business success
Income
Contracts
Government awards
Certification by third parties
Licensure
Credentialing
Insurance participation
Client acquisition
Specific educational outcomes

Individual success depends on numerous factors beyond the Company's control.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet failures, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any training, course, product, or service.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.

GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
