Welcome to RCBA Training Institute ("RCBA," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, registering for courses, attending training, purchasing educational materials, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Educational Purpose

RCBA Training Institute provides educational, workforce development, and professional training programs designed to increase knowledge, skills, and competency.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, RCBA does not issue state licenses, professional licenses, or nationally recognized certifications.

Students receive a Certificate of Completion, Qualification Certificate, Qualification Card, or other documentation as described within each individual course.

Completion of any RCBA program does not guarantee employment, licensing, certification by any third-party organization, government approval, contracts, business success, or income.

2. No Employment Guarantee

RCBA Training Institute does not guarantee:

• Employment

• Job placement

• Income

• Business success

• Government contracts

• Client acquisition

• Insurance credentialing

• Employer acceptance

Success depends upon each student's effort, qualifications, local regulations, experience, marketing, and business practices.

3. Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

✔ Completing all coursework

✔ Participating in required training

✔ Verifying state and local regulations

✔ Maintaining required qualifications

✔ Following employer policies

✔ Obtaining any required permits, licenses, registrations, insurance, or certifications required by their jurisdiction.

4. DOT Training Disclaimer

DOT Urine Specimen Collector training follows the procedures established under 49 CFR Part 40.

The U.S. Department of Transportation does not certify specimen collectors.

RCBA provides qualification training, proficiency demonstrations, and documentation of successful completion based upon DOT procedural requirements.

Employers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) determine individual hiring requirements.

5. Third-Party Certification Disclaimer

Certain programs include preparation for examinations or certifications offered by independent organizations.

RCBA does not control:

• Examination content

• Certification decisions

• Testing schedules

• Passing scores

• Credential issuance

• Third-party policies

All certification decisions remain solely with the independent certifying organization.

Recording of RCBA classes, webinars, online meetings, videos, or training sessions is prohibited without written permission.

10. Payment Policy

Tuition, deposits, and fees are due as stated during registration.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

All payments are final.

11. Refund Policy

Because students receive immediate access to proprietary educational materials, digital content, reserved classroom seating, instructor preparation, and administrative processing:

All tuition, deposits, digital products, downloadable materials, and training fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

12. Course Transfers

Course transfers or rescheduling may be permitted solely at RCBA's discretion and may be subject to administrative fees.

13. Attendance Policy

Students arriving excessively late or failing to meet attendance requirements may be denied completion documentation.

14. Student Conduct

RCBA maintains a professional learning environment.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threats, disruptive behavior, violence, intoxication, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal without refund.

15. Technology Disclaimer

RCBA is not responsible for:

• Internet outages

• Power failures

• Device malfunctions

• Software incompatibility

• Email delivery failures

• Third-party platform interruptions

16. Third-Party Services

RCBA is not responsible for actions or delays involving:

• Government agencies

• Laboratories

• Medical Review Officers

• Employers

• Credentialing organizations

• Software providers
